My Journey. My Country. My Olympic Dream.
I started judo when I was eight years old. At the time, I had no idea how far the sport would take me or how much it would become a part of who I am.
Today, I have the privilege of representing The Bahamas around the world, competing against some of the best judoka in the sport. Every competition, every training camp, every win, every loss and every lesson has helped shape the athlete I am becoming.
I have already achieved things I once dreamed about as a kid, but I know there is much more ahead of me.
My biggest goal is to represent The Bahamas at the 2028 Olympic Games in Los Angeles. I know getting there will take sacrifice, discipline, the right training, international competition and a strong team of people who believe in what I am working toward.
I am proud of how far I have come, but I am even more excited about where I am going.
