Road to 2028 olympics
Track Xavion Johnson’s real-time international competitive matrix, global training camps, and upcoming Olympic qualification fixtures.
Built on the mat.
It starts in The Bahamas. Xavion Johnson picked up judo at age 9 under Sensei Mickey, and by 2015 he was already stepping onto international mats representing his country. A decade of development followed before the chapter below even begins — the detailed log on this page picks up in 2022, but the journey is a decade deep.
Since then, Xavion has competed from the cadet ranks through to senior IJF and continental events, claiming titles that include the US Open, the Dallas Invitational, and the Jr. Olympics, and representing The Bahamas at continental Games. Since 2024, Montreal has served as his primary training base as he pushes from the junior ranks into senior international competition.
